Dan came to Utah by way of Michigan where he was raised, but upon graduating from Purdue University in 1999, where he studied computer graphics, he was recruited by Evans and Sutherland to be a 3D modeler for military flight simulators. Upon seeing our mountains and realizing he could ski in his own backyard, he knew he’d never leave. Besides skiing and snowboarding Dan has fully taken advantage of everything Utah has to offer, as both he and Mishay enjoy camping, hiking, climbing, canyoneering, and river rafting. In 2007 Dan left corporate life and started his own web development company. He is hard-working and strives to provide his clients with a personal and professional experience, and prides himself on keeping his clients satisfied and returning to him time and time again for their website needs. We are lucky to have Dan as he brings a unique skill set to Prospector HOA as our resident Webmaster.

Dan and Mishay have three kids and three dogs, which keep Mishay very busy as she has been a stay at home mom for the last 15 years. Before taking the leap into full time motherhood Mishay studied at the University of Utah, graduating with a BS in Mass Communication. She and Dan moved to Prospector Hill four years ago and feel blessed to have found this little gem of a neighborhood. As much as Mishay loves being home, she also has a deep fondness for travel and is always seeking new places to explore. Dan and Mishay are serious socialites and are constantly planning parties and get-togethers with friends and family, which is why being a member of the Social Committee is right up Mishay’s alley. She’d like to say that Pêche and Coffee think she is a good dog Mom because she truly LOVES animals. Always have, always will. For those who know her, you are right: She is a clean freak (it’s not all bad, is it?!), an organizer and a very detailed-oriented person. James & Natacha have their own firm, she’s the EA and office manager, he’s the broker selling commercial income properties. Natacha is excited to be part of this new social committee as she enjoys collaborating for events and activities designed to make people happy in this very difficult journey called life.

Originally from Spokane, Washington, commercial real estate brought James to Utah a long time ago and he never left. James is a deal junkie, “doing deals” is still his passion, he loves to crunch numbers and he feels lucky when he sells a building once in a while. When he’s not at work, he loves to ski, fish, shoot (paper targets only ha ha) and scuba dive. He is of the opinion that “you are never better served than by yourself” when it comes to odds and ends so he always tries to repair his own stuff at home and tackle this and that and he loves to help people out, this is why you see his name in the landscape committee.
