Greetings to all neighbors and members,
I personally, feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful community. To maintain this beauty, it is incumbent upon each neighbor to help defray the costs of maintaining our neighborhood.
In a large part, this maintenance mostly pertains to the common area along and on top of Mine Shaft Road. This gateway to our community reflects directly on each home in this neighborhood. We have not been able to address this area as much as we would like due to financial constraints.
Specifically, the annual dues we are to collect under the originally filed HOA documents that pertain to the Prospector Hill 1 and 2 developments have not been fully remitted. Some members have been terrific in remitting and being current with their dues; others not so much. Frankly, this Is not fair to each member that has been current with their dues. With the current dues set at $100 PER YEAR, they are incredibly reasonable. If anyone has lived in other HOA developments , they would probably attest to this.
The members of our committees have reviewed our past collection records and realize that our association must be much more diligent in addressing our finances.
Therefore, each homeowner will receive a separate Dues Notice detailing amounts due and past due. If bringing the dues up to date creates a hardship, please contact Carolyn or myself to create a payment schedule. Carolyn has set up a Venmo account if this is more convenient.
Please remit the dues to either Carolyn or me as timely as possible.
